Coaching Built on Compassion, Experience and Systemic Insight

My coaching blends evidence-based, parent-child interventions with Paul Gilbert’s compassion-focused theory.

Together, we create strategies that respect your differences rather than forcing you to fit into one-size-fits-all systems.

Hi, I’m Clare. I work at the meeting point of care, compassion, and real life

I’m a clinical nurse specialist with over 25 years of experience in nursing, public health, family work, and advocacy.

My practice is grounded in systemic thinking and compassion-focused therapy, shaped by a post graduate certificate in systemic practice. I bring honesty, openness, and a touch of humour to every coaching session, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore your unique challenges and strengths.

Growing up with an undiagnosed autistic dad who struggled to regulate emotions and parent consistently, I witnessed firsthand how neurodivergence shapes relationships. Later, discovering my own autism and ADHD diagnosis deepened my commitment to working with families and neurodivergent individuals.

This personal insight fuels my passion for helping you make sense of your story and build relationships that honour your authentic self.
